Dorothea Lange, near Milpitas
Turns out I am not the first artist to be fascinated by the American condition... are you too? If so, please join Adera Causey, curator of education and outreach at the Hunter Museum, and myself for a look inside the current Dorothea Lange's America show at the museum. We will host a workshop this March that compares the current state of affairs in our country with that of the past as documented by Lange. We will talk about the exhibition, make our own black and white photographs of the seldom seen parts of Chattanooga, and mount an exhibition to be shown in town. Should be a blast and for a bargain deal of $25 there is no reason not to join in.
